Our stay was incredibly disappointing due to poor soundproofing. We could hear everything from the adjacent room, including their conversations and a shower. The elevator was broken, causing it to shake our room whenever it moved, making it impossible to relax. Finally, the traffic noise from the outside was unbearable, and the windows did nothing to mitigate it.

I loved being just a short stroll away from the Vancouver Aquarium and only a few minutes from the bustling downtown, making it so easy to explore everything the city has to offer during my stay. the friendly and helpful front desk staff really enhanced my experience by providing great recommendations for places to see and dine nearby.

We stayed for 2 nights and I gotta say, the commitment to service is top-notch! ! Everyone went out of their way to make us feel special. From the moment we arrived, the valet was not only cheerful but incredibly engaging, setting the tone for the entire weekend. Plus, we were surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful suite for our anniversary.
