Bountiful and delicious breakfast with many different options for the diner, savoury food, and caring staff.

The property was high-class with caring and very helpful staff from front desk to doorman to housekeepers, I loved the stay. I was there for 1 night and ate at a la carte restaurant with a nice buffet breakfast during the week. The location of the hotel was central, near to the seawall in the harbor and Canada Place, The Waterfront, Gastown, Railway Stations and Bus Stops and a stream.

Very impressed with luxury king room and supper friendly and extremely friendly staff from front desk to doorman to housekeepers. Location near to the waterfront, shopping and restaurants and the good hotels downtown and the most up to date conveniences. Also, central to Vancouver activities.

The staff were accommodating and friendly.
We could hear everything from the adjacent room, including their conversations and a shower. Finally, the traffic noise from the outside was unbearable, and the windows did nothing to mitigate it.

The little things like the chocolates in the evening, the newspaper in the morning. The sliding door that leads to the bathroom was also great for being able to make the room feel bigger.
I didn't like that you had to pay so much for the internet connection. It was $14.95 per day! At the price of the room, I would have expected it to be included. It is included in many of the middle range hotels...so why not this higher end one?

perfect for city walks near parks and attractions
I loved being just a short stroll away from the Vancouver Aquarium and only a few minutes from the bustling downtown. The friendly and helpful front desk staff really enhanced my experience by providing great recommendations for places to see and dine nearby.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating; providing great restaurant recommendations, directions, made our reservations, and Loden taxi service to restaurant. Also loved the tub, and fitness room!
For the price, internet/wifi should not be an additional charge! In addition, it would be more reasonable if breakfast was included. The rooms are very nice; however, you need to be very confortable with the person you are traveling with because the bathroom is not very private.

The Loden is all quality: quality, modern room with quality bathroom amenities and great tv; super friendly, helpful and responsive staff; cool, modern, downtown design. Also great location -- two blocks to the harbour, two blocks to Robson Street.
Parking was extremely expensive. Other that that, there was nothing not to like about the Loden.

The spacious entertainment area was perfect. We loved the nearby biking trails and waterfront views. The housekeeping staff were super attentive. Can't recommend this spot enough for anyone planning a getaway with friends!
The only downside was that our room lacked enough USB ports, made charging our devices a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Lovely rooms, comfortable bed and good view. Staff helpful and friendly
No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Free coffee was provided at reception but this meant having to get dressed first to go down for a coffee.

I loved the beautiful decor and spacious layout of my Luxury King Room. Just wish there were more USB ports for charging. A fantastic experience!
